· Fences and Walls

· Patios

· Pools, Spas

· Landscaping

· Exterior structural alterations including exterior color changes

All landlords must insure that their renters have been provided a copy the  Association Declaration Document.  All renters are responsible for complying with all covenants and restrictions as enumerated in the Declaration Document.
