Internet Explorer 8 (the new Microsoft web browser) is not compatible with the navigation buttons on the left (They will not be visible!).  This site is compatible with all other browsers including earlier versions of Internet Explorer.  If you would like to access information on our website, we suggest that you download and install the FireFox browser.  CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD FIREFOX 4.0.  NOTE: Firefox software takes minimal hard disk space and can be run simultaneously with IE8.
