The June 2 Homeowners Association Board Meeting has been CANCELED.  The next scheduled meeting is September 1.

 

 

 

The Villages of Viera East is located on Clubhouse Road east of Murrell Road in Viera, Florida.  The Viera East Golfclub is located on Clubhouse Road west of Murrell Road.  The J. Ralph Williams Elementary School and the Clubhouse Park are located just east of the Villages on Clubhouse Road.  The Villages includes approximately 225 homes in the Bennington, Somerville, and Templeton subdivisions.
